1. Who we are

2. Scope
These Terms apply to all purchases made on lgdo.eu. By placing an order, you accept these Terms, our Shipping Policy, our Return Policy and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

3. Products
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Our products are made of natural full-grain leather. Variations in grain, texture and tone are a natural feature of the material and not a defect. Colours may appear different depending on your screen. We may change or discontinue products at any time.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT for deliveries within the European Union. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. Payment is made through the methods available at checkout. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, in which case any amount paid is refunded in full.

5. Orders
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation email. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we inform you and refund any amount paid.

6. Shipping and risk
Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person you indicate, take physical possession of the order.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason, under European consumer law. LGDO extends this period to 30 days. Conditions and refund terms are described in our Return Policy.

8. Legal guarantee
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years from delivery, under Portuguese law, Decree-Law 84/2021. The guarantee covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear, the natural aging of leather, misuse, or damage caused by accidents. To make a claim, contact hello@lgdo.eu with your order number and photographs of the item.

9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of your order, except where the law does not allow such a limitation, including cases of intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Intellectual property
All content on lgdo.eu, including images, texts, designs, and the LGDO name and logo, belongs to HOUSE 05, Unipessoal Lda and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

11. Third-party links and services
This website may contain links to websites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

12. Personal data
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Complaints and dispute resolution
You can contact us at hello@lgdo.eu for any complaint. You can also submit a complaint through the Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book at www.livroreclamacoes.pt. In case of dispute, you may use an alternative dispute resolution entity: CICAP, Centro de Informação de Consumo e Arbitragem do Porto, www.cicap.pt. More information is available at www.consumidor.gov.pt. Consumers resident in other European Union countries may also contact the European Consumer Centre in their country.

14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you live in the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
