Our leather is naturally water-resistant (not waterproof). Light rain and splashes are fine - just wipe dry immediately. Avoid prolonged water exposure. Some products like the Laptop Sleeve have waterproof YKK zippers for added protection.

Deliveries usually take 2–5 business days within Portugal and 5–10 business days across Europe. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

You can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, provided it’s unused and in perfect condition (product and packaging). Just email us with your order number to start the process.
