Return Policy

30-day returns
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, for any reason.

Free returns in Portugal and the EU
For orders delivered in Portugal and the European Union, returns are free. We send you a prepaid return label. For orders delivered outside the European Union, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Condition of items
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging, including the dust bag. You may handle an item as you would in a shop. If an item shows use beyond that, the refund may be reduced in proportion to the loss of value.

How to return
Email hello@lgdo.eu with your order number. We reply with the return label and instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can identify your parcel.

Refunds
We refund the full amount paid, including the original standard shipping cost, to your original payment method within 14 days of your return request. We may wait until we receive the item, or proof that you have sent it, before issuing the refund. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the amount.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order on delivery. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us at hello@lgdo.eu and we will replace or refund it at our cost. All products are covered by the legal guarantee described in our Terms of Service.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it and place a new order.

Your legal rights
This policy does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal under European consumer law.
