We ship to Portugal, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and selected international destinations including Australia, Canada, the United States, and others. Shipping availability and rates are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
Prices displayed on our store include VAT where applicable. The applicable VAT rate may vary depending on your country of residence in accordance with EU regulations.

Delivery times

– Standard delivery within the EU: 2–7 business days after dispatch.
– Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as customs, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

Shipping fees

Free shipping worldwide on every order - with no minimum.

Within the European Union
Orders arrive with all taxes included. Nothing further to pay on delivery.

Outside the European Union
Your order ships at no cost. Customs duties and import taxes are set by the destination country and collected on delivery. LGDO cannot calculate or control these charges in advance. They are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address errors

LGDO is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
