Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We ship to Portugal, the European Union, the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. If your country does not appear at checkout, we do not ship there yet.

Shipping costs
Portugal and the European Union: free.
Other destinations: free for orders over 150 EUR. Orders below 150 EUR have a shipping cost of 25 EUR.
The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before payment.

Dispatch and delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery in Portugal and the European Union takes 2 to 7 business days after dispatch. Delays can occur due to customs, strikes or other events outside our control.

Carriers and tracking
Orders are shipped with express couriers. You receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

VAT, duties and taxes
Prices include VAT for deliveries within the European Union. Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are paid by the customer on arrival.

Address errors
LGDO is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
