A main compartment with an interior zip pocket for the things you do not want loose. A front pocket sized for a phone, so it stays within reach instead of at the bottom. An adjustable strap, worn across the body or over the shoulder.
Structured, so it holds a clean line whether it is full or nearly empty. Most compact bags collapse. This one does not.

Full-grain leather from LWG-certified tanneries, cut and assembled by hand in small runs. We produce here because it lets us stand next to the person making the piece and change something when it is wrong.
It will look better in five years
Full-grain leather does not wear out, it wears in. Carried daily, it darkens at the corners and softens where the strap sits. Wipe it down now and then. That is most of the maintenance it will ever need.
